THE CHEF SETUP
1) ARRIVE AN HOUR IN ADVANCE TO SET-UP.
(THE ARRIVAL TIME MAY VARY ACCORDING TO MENU COMPLEXITY)

2) PREPARE AND SERVE FOR (1)ONE HOUR.
EXTENDED CHEF SERVICE MAY BE REQUESTED
AT THE RATE OF $25 PER HALF-HOUR.

BARTENDERS & SERVERS
$100 Flat Rate
- Staff Service will Arrive and Depart with the Chef(s).
- Staff Service beyond 4 hours incurs $25 per hour additional.
- Staff Service handling China or Glassware incurs $30 additional.

TRAVEL FEE
Local Travel Fee @ $15
Beyond 45 miles of our location @ $35
Beyond 65 miles of our location @ $70
Beyond 85 miles of our location @ $70 plus
$1.00 per mile for each additional mile

POLICY FOR CHILDREN:
* Gratis: Six years old and under at no additional charge,up to 10% of your final guest count, otherwise, please include in your final guest count.
* Seven years old and over to be included in final guest count.
